Steps to Get Started
- Visit Your Doctor
- Schedule your yearly check-up with your Primary Care Provider (PCP).
- Ask about any screenings you might need.

- A Care Manager Coordinator might call you to talk about your health needs. They can help you:

Finding a Provider
To find a provider in your network, use the online search tool. You can search by specialty, location and name.
To find doctors who provide Gender Affirming Care, choose your criteria, then go to the Languages and Skills section and select Gender Affirming Care.

Options for Care
Having a PCP is the best way to get consistent, quality care. Here are other choices for care, including some options available anytime, day or night:
- Virtual Care: Virtual-first primary care, urgent care and more through CloseKnit
- 24-Hour Nurse Advice Line: Call 800-231-0211 for general questions about health issues or where to go for care
- PCP Visits: Diagnosis, treatment of illness, chronic conditions and routine check-ups
- Specialty Services: Services provided by specially trained doctors, nurses or physician assistants (you may need a referral from your PCP first)
- Emergency Room Visits: For life-threatening illness or injury
