Account Information

How to log in

Step 1

Click the log in button at the top of the page.

Step 2

Enter your username and password to log in. Next, the member portal screen will appear.

By logging into the member portal, you’ll have access to the following information/tools:
  • Claims History
  • Submit a Claim
  • Verify Benefits
  • View Coverage at a Glance
  • Request additional member ID cards
  • Health Ticket
  • Employer-based tools, like Treatment Cost Estimator

Register/Create an account

You are automatically assigned an account once you are eligible for your employer’s health plan and receive your member ID card in the mail.

I forgot my username/user ID

Step 1

On the log in screen, click Username Help.

Step 2

Enter the email address associated with your account and click Submit.

Step 3

Log in to the email assigned to your account to access your username/user ID.

I forgot my password

Step 1

On the log in screen, click Password Help.

Step 2

Enter your user ID and click Send Me My Password Hint or Reset My Password. If you chose Reset My Password, log in to your email account and follow the instructions provided to reset your password.
