An account will be automatically created for you once you’re eligible for your employer’s health plan and receive your member ID card in the mail. If you forgot your username and/or password, please follow the below steps.

  1. On the log in screen, click Username Help.
  2. Enter the email address you use to access your account and click Submit.
  3. Log in to the email assigned to your account to access your username/user ID.

  1. On the log in screen, click Password Help.
  2. Enter your user ID and click Send Me My Password Hint or Reset My Password. If you chose Reset My Password, log in to your email account and follow the instructions provided to reset your password.

Log in to your account and click the Digital ID Card tile for a list of your covered benefits. If you would like to create an account, log in.

If you need immediate access:

  1. Log in to the member portal.
  2. Click the Digital ID Card tile. You’ll be redirected to a new page.
  3. Enter your nine-digit member ID number, last name and zip code. From this page you can print a copy of your member ID card.

  2. Click the Request ID Cards tile.
  3. Follow the instructions and click Submit my Request. You’ll receive a replacement member ID card in 7-10 business days.

  2. On the main menu page, click the Find a Provider tile.
  3. Under Medical, click the appropriate network. You can search thousands of medical professionals by location and specialty.

If you receive your benefits through a health system or have an on-site clinic at your workplace, you may have more affordable care options through a tiered network. Log in and click the tile with your network’s name to view in-network providers offering the most cost-effective care options.

If you visited an in-network provider, you don’t need to do a thing. The provider submits claims for you.

If you visited and out-of-network provider, you may submit a claim online:

  1. Log in to your member portal.
  2. Click the Submit an Out-of-Network Claim tile and follow the instructions.

  1. Log in to the member portal.
  2. Click the View Claims and Benefit Information tile.
  3. If you don’t see the claim you’re looking for, click View All Claims on the right side of the page.

You can find a doctor one of two ways:

  1. Without logging in, click Find a Doctor on the homepage,

  2. OR

  3. Log in to the member portal and click the Find a Provider tile. Here you can search thousands of medical professionals by location and specialty.

Note: If your plan is part of a tiered network, you must log in to find in-network providers.

  1. Log in to the member portal.
  2. Click the View Claims and Benefit Information tile. This information should appear on the left side of the page.

Each time you make a payment, these numbers will update with your progress.
