The incentive program gives you an opportunity to earn up to $250 for taking an active role in your health. When you complete 3 activities, USPS will put money in your HIA.

Four ways to earn rewards – January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024

1. Earn $25 when you consent to receive wellness emails.
2. Earn $25 when you take the RealAge® health assessment.
3. Earn $100 when you complete an annual physical or preventative screening.
   When your claim is processed, this step will show as completed in your Blue Rewards profile.
4. Earn $100 for completing a biometric screening at your doctor’s office, a Quest Patient Service Center or a CVS Minute Clinic.
