Healthy Rewards
Your CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield Medicare plan includes a program called Healthy Rewards. It offers you an opportunity to earn rewards that keep you healthy—and it’s absolutely free to join.
Complete your activities
You must complete all qualifying activities between January 1 and December 31, 2026.

Claim your reward(s)
You have until January 31, 2027, to claim your reward(s). Some limits may apply. Any forms received after January 31, 2027 may not be eligible for a Healthy Reward. The Healthy Rewards do not roll over to the next year and expire on February 28, 2027.
To claim your reward, call the Quality Team at 833-630-1151 (TTY: 711), Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. You will need:
- Your member ID number
- The date of your provider visit or class
- The provider’s name
You’re all set!
Your reward(s) will be loaded to your Healthcare Prepaid Card. You can access your account through carefirst.nationsbenefits.com to check the balance.
