Does a member need their member ID?
Encourage the patient to register for My Account, which gives them immediate access to their digital member ID card.
CareFirst Provider Portal
In-network providers are encouraged to use the CareFirst Provider Portal (CareFirst Direct) to verify member eligibility and benefits, check claims status, submit prior authorizations, update your demographic information and more.
