Find a Doctor
Search our directory to see if your doctors are part of our network. You can search for a medical, dental or vision provider by last name. Or, search for a specific type of provider within a specified distance. In addition to doctors, use this tool to search healthcare facilities, like hospitals, urgent care and labs.

Video Visit
Use Video Visit when you’re facing uncomplicated, non-emergency issues such as allergies, a sinus infection, a cold or the flu and more. Video Visit doctors will provide you a consultation, diagnosis and even prescriptions (when available and appropriate). They are all U.S. board-certified, licensed and credentialed medical professionals. Urgent care visits do not require an appointment and the cost for you visit will be visible before your session begins.

Starting January 1, 2024, CareFirst will offer CloseKnit as its leading virtual care solution for members. CareFirst Video Visit will no longer be available to members after December 31, 2023.
CloseKnit Virtual Care
If you're feeling sick and not up to a trip to the doctor's office, get the urgent care you need with our virtual-first practice, CloseKnit. Connect with board-certified providers 24/7/365 through your smartphone or computer from the comfort of home with no appointment needed.

Behavioral Health Digital Resource
24/7 online behavioral health support, through 7 Cups, including on-demand chats with listeners, online communities, and personal growth paths. Members can connect with CareFirst providers through the platform.
Pharmacy
Finding ways to save when it comes to prescriptions and pharmacy services will help you reduce overall medical costs.
- Use generic drugs or drugs on the preferred drug list
- For maintenance medications, get up to a three-month supply for the cost of two copays instead of three copays
- Additional dollars saved with mail service pharmacy
- Locate a pharmacy close to you

Vision Resources
Every CareFirst health plan includes basic eye-care benefits for everyone covered by your plan. These important benefits are offered to you through Davis Vision 1, the administrator for the products, services and discounts described below.
Vision Benefits for Children (up to age 19)
- One no-charge in-network routine exam per calendar year
- Up to $40 reimbursement per calendar year for out-of-network exams
- No copay for frames and basic lenses for glasses, or contact lenses in Davis Vision collection (in-network)
- Up to $40 reimbursement for single-vision lenses and up to $70 for frames from an out-of-network provider
Vision Benefits for Adults (age 19 and over)
- One no-charge in-network routine exam2 per calendar year
- Up to $40 reimbursement per calendar year for out-of-network exams
- Discounts3 of approximately 30 percent on:
- Eyeglass lenses, frames and contacts
- Laser vision correction
- Scratch-resistant lens coating and progressive lenses
- No claims to file when you see a Davis Vision provider
