Recent & Active Grants

In the fourth quarter of 2018, CareFirst invested $1.8 million to support health related services or innovative programs to community-based organizations. The grants, representing the second round of open grant funding for 2018, will support more than 38 nonprofit organizations in the CareFirst service area. Additionally, $2.1 million was awarded to 11 organizations to increase access to substance use services in the CareFirst region.
