Dental Fee Schedule Modification effective 1/1/2010
On October 28, 2009, CareFirst mailed letters to all participating dental providers notifying them of fee schedule changes effective for dates of service on and after 1/1/2010. Along with this letter, a copy of the complete fee schedule was also sent. Please contact your dedicated Dental Provider Relations Specialist with any questions.
