NASCO Referrals

During recent migration of some CareFirst accounts  to the NASCO platform, we experienced problems with our referral process. System remediation is underway. Until the remediation is complete, we will identify these claims as they are processed and adjudicate them appropriately. We are also working to identify previously submitted claims and will begin adjusting those claims as well. Adjustments began 5/18.  At this time, providers do not need to take any further action, however, should an urgent situation arise you may call Provider Services at 877-228-7268.  We apologize for any problems this may have caused your practice.
