Voucher Communication for FEP Dental Providers - Alert Reminder

The Federal Employee Program is undergoing some internal changes to its claims processing systems that will have a positive impact for our Dental providers in the D.C. service area. Specifically, you will notice:

  • There will be no changes to the voucher cycle. Providers will continue to be paid daily.
  • Providers will receive remittances. Duplicate Explanation of Benefits (EOB) will no longer be mailed.
  • One check per day per payee ID will be issued. Providers will no longer receive one check per claim.
  • These changes will be effective 6/1/09.
