Enzyme Replacement Codes Policy Change
Our reimbursement policy on six enzyme replacement codes will change. Effective August 1, 2009, we will update our standard office reimbursement for codes J0180, J0220, J1458, J1743, J1785 and J1931 from ASP+12 to ASP+8 for all lines of business. These changes are applicable to the CareFirst networks in which you participate. If you have any questions about these changes, please contact your Professional Provider Representative. |
