FACETS Migration to Begin Soon
Between April 1, 2009 and January 1, 2011, CareFirst’s small to mid-sized groups and Individual Market business members will migrate to the FACETS claims processing platform. The migration will allow us to integrate our enrollment, claims processing, and provider service functions onto a single platform. The first groups to migrate will consist of approximately 170 members whose employers are located in Montgomery County and Laurel, MD. While we expect the migration to be seamless, we have provided some information to help you better understand the process. |
