CQR Community Forums
CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield (CareFirst) and CareFirst BlueChoice, Inc. (CareFirst BlueChoice) are excited to offer providers an opportunity to learn more about CareFirst Quality Rewards (CQR), our new pay-for-quality program that rewards physicians for effective and affordable health care delivery. At the present time this program is open to family practitioners, pediatricians, internists, and internal medicine subspecialists.
Two upcoming CQR community forums are being held for physicians and their administrators to attend and hear from CareFirst Medical Directors, members of the Pay-for-Quality team, representatives from Networks Management and collaborating organizations.
The dates and locations for the forums are:
- Wednesday, April 23 – CareFirst Headquarters, 10455 Mill Run Circle, Owings Mills, MD
- Wednesday, April 30 – Holy Cross Hospital, 1500 Forest Glen Road Silver Spring, MD
