Dental Business Operations, Regional Dental, and The Dental Network are Moving!
Dental Business Operations is relocating from its current offices in Timonium to a new facility in Canton of Baltimore City. Please note that in preparation of our move, the Regional Dental, The Dental Network, and the Dental Contracting telephone lines will be closed on Friday, March 28, 2008. This closure applies to both member and provider customer service. Please make arrangements in advance to contact Regional Dental, The Dental Network, and Dental Contracting should you need to speak with a representative. For Regional Dental, benefits and claims status can be obtained by calling FirstLine, the voice response unit, at 800-859-5975, or by visiting www.carefirst.com and logging into CareFirst Direct. For The Dental Network, eligibility and co-payment information can be obtained by logging into Anslink. For the Dental Contracting department, please leave a message on the telephone voicemail or send an email to dentalcontracting@carefirst.com. Be aware that the telephone service lines may be unusually heavy the week of March 31, 2008. Again, it is suggested that information be obtained by utilizing the other service options noted above.
