Options Discount Program

Healthways WholeHealth Networks

Healthways WholeHealth Networks offers a nationwide network of over 10,000 fitness centers and health clubs.  Fitness center initiation fees and/or memberships are available through CareFirst's Options Discount Program at rates lower than those otherwise available to the general public.

Discount:

• 10-50% off initiation fees and/or membership dues
• Access to over 10,000 fitness clubs nationwide
• Membership obligations based on individual location policies

How the program works:

1. Choose a fitness center from Healthways WholeHealth Networks' (HWHN) directory by clicking on Fitness Centers & Spas and choosing Fitness Center.
2. Call the fitness center to verify that they participate in Options through CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield.
3. Schedule an appointment to fill out your member application.
4. Present your ID card to receive either a discount on your initiation fee or membership dues. 
5. Pay the discounted fees directly to the fitness center.
