CareFirst Direct allows registered users to make free, unlimited eligibility, benefit and claims status inquiries for our Regional Traditional and Regional Preferred dental members.*
CareFirst Direct is available to participating Regional Dental Providers. A billing agent must be registered by each physician’s office that it provides services for. There are no fees to use this Web site; however there are minimum system requirements.
* This tool is not yet available for FEP, NASCO or Traditional dental members.
