This provider manual gives you the information you need to service CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield (CareFirst) members and do business with us. The manual will help you understand dental policies and procedures, as well as some of the methodologies used in the administration of the CareFirst dental business.
Procedural changes will be communicated via Blue Impressions, CareFirst's quarterly administrative dental provider newsletter, or BlueLink, CareFirst's bimonthly administrative medical provider newsletter.
