CareFirst Direct is a free, self-service tool that allows registered users to obtain online information regarding eligibility, benefits, and claim and authorization status for CareFirst and CareFirst BlueChoice members. CareFirst Direct is accessible from the Electronic Services section in the Providers & Physicians area of carefirst.com.
This 5 minute tutorial shows you how to recognize members who have multiple eligibilities under the same membership number.
