If a CareFirst Direct user is going to use Claim Status, Appeals or Authorizations, you must authorize them to perform these functions. This tutorial shows you how to assign user permissions so that users of your CareFirst Direct account can access the system.
How to set user permissions
To perform this function, you must first log-in to your CareFirst Direct account.
