Passwords are an important security feature of the CareFirst Direct system, which transfers substantial amounts of sensitive information over the Internet. This tutorial shows you how to reset passwords to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to protected health information.
How to reset a password
To perform this function, you must first log-in to your CareFirst Direct account.
