Welcome!
CareFirst Direct is a free, self-service tool that allows registered users to obtain online information regarding eligibility, benefits, and claim and authorization status for CareFirst and CareFirst BlueChoice members. CareFirst Direct is accessible from the Electronic Services section in the Providers & Physicians area of the CareFirst web site.
This 10 minute tutorial shows you how to obtain eligibility information for any CareFirst and CareFirst BlueChoice member.
After learning about the features of the CareFirst Direct Eligibility Inquiry screen, you should be able to
