CareFirst Direct Tutorial - Fee Schedule Tool
Welcome!
CareFirst Direct is a free, self-service tool available to participating providers that allows registered users to obtain on-line information regarding eligibility, benefits, and claim and authorization status for CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield members. Certain users can also view Fee Schedule information through CareFirst Direct.
The tutorials in this module are designed to educate you about gaining access to and using the Fee Schedule Tool in CareFirst Direct.
To get started using the Fee Schedule Tool, you must first designate someone in your office as the Administrator. The Administrator will be in charge of setting user roles and permissions. The following tutorials walk you through these steps:
