LifeScan OneTouch® SureStep® Test Strip Recall & Other Product Updates
LifeScan has issued a voluntary recall for two lots of the OneTouch® SureStep® blood glucose test strips because recent data determined that a few vials of test strips in these lots may produce inaccurately low or no blood glucose levels.

- lot #2802962 (100 ct.)
If you are using test strips from either of these lots, discontinue use immediately. To learn how to obtain your free replacement strips, contact LifeScan at 1-866-840-1758.
Effective December 31, 2008, OneTouch® FastTake® Test Strips, both the 50-count and the 100-count packages, were discontinued due to low demand. This is just a reminder that these test strips will no longer be manufactured or available for sale.
