Important Message-Fiscal Intermediary Number Change

  • CMS will host a National HIPAA National Provider Identifier (NPI) Roundtable conference call on Wednesday, September 14, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

    The call in number is 1-877-203-0044 and the identification number is 5580762.

    No Cost or registration is required.

  • Attention Providers! Effective October 1, 2005 HIQA & ELGA will only be available on Saturdays until noon. This will not change the availability of DDE.

  • Effective today, June 27, 2005, all 141 type of bills with lab services are paying incorrectly off charges and should be paying off the fee amount for Maryland waiver. All claims with reason code 70609 will be suspended to location SMHKMD until a fix is issued.
