What personal information are my family members on the policy able to access on this site?
Your family members have different levels of access to your benefits information, according to the features they use and their roles in your family:
- For claims status, contract holders may see their records and the records of all minor dependents. Adult members (other than the contract holder) may only view their records.
How often is my personal information updated?
The information available to you is updated regularly. However, if you are checking information on recent claims, please remember that there might be a time lag between when you were provided a service and when your provider or their billing agency submitted the claim.
How do I check the status of my medical claim?
You can search for paid, unpaid, or all claims on the Claims Status page. You may also search for a claim by a specific date or individual.
How do I view my claim history?
From the Claims Status page, select the date range you would like to view. Claims for this year and the two previous years are available.
How do I file a claim?
Have your health care provider submit a claim to the appropriate Health Care Plan in the area where the service was rendered.

How long can my children remain on my contract?
A table on the Eligibility page lists the start and end dates of coverage. Prior and current coverage can be viewed, but to determine if your dependent will be covered beyond the date shown on the system, please check with the appropriate party listed on your contract.
