National Fitness Network (NFN)
National Fitness Network (NFN) offers a regional network of fitness and health clubs in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., New Jersey, and Florida. NFN is available through CareFirst's Options Discount Program at rates lower than those otherwise available to the general public.
Discount:
- Up to 40% off membership fees
- One-time registration fee of $49 for the member and $29 for each additional family member.
Note: To receive a discount, you must enroll directly through the National Fitness Network. If you are already a member of a National Fitness Network club, you must complete your current contract before you can get the discounted rate.
Enrollment:
- Minimum of 9 months commitment with an automatic month-to-month renewal after the initial term.
- 45-day written notice is required for terminating enrollment.
- Members are responsible for monthly dues until the effective date of the cancellation.
- All memberships begin and terminate on the first day of the month.
How the program works:
- Visit NFN's Web site at: www.nationalfitnessnetwork.com
- Select a fitness center (primary club). NFN is available in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., New Jersey, and Florida only.
- You may use the services of your primary club or any other club priced equal to or lower than the price of the selected primary club.
- Print out, complete and mail the enrollment form or enroll online (must submit credit card information.)
- Once the enrollment form is processed, you will get a National Fitness membership card.
- Memberships begin on the first day of the month.
