Options is a free discount program for our members. Because it is a discount program -- not a benefit under your medical plan -- there are no claim forms, referrals or paperwork to fill out. All you have to do is show your CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield ID card and pay the providers' fee at the time of service to save.

This program is not offered as an inducement to purchase a policy of insurance from CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield does not underwrite this program because this program is not an insurance product. No benefits are paid by CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield under this program.
