CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield Receives National Award for Member Loyalty |

OWINGS MILLS, MD (March 14, 2008) - CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield today announced that it has received the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association’s (BCBSA) Brand Excellence Award for developing and enhancing the overall Blue Cross and Blue Shield brand image. CareFirst has been recognized for having a high member retention rate over the past year. The Brand Excellence Award reflects CareFirst’s commitment to providing superior services and products to its members, providers and marketplace.
