OWINGS MILLS, MD (March 13, 2008) - CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield (CareFirst) today announced that e-Vitality monthly newsletter is now available to CareFirst members by e-mail. E-Vitality contains breaking news, featured articles, developments in health research and the recipe section readers crave. Also included is a link to CareFirst’s Healthy eCooking video of the month, found at www.mycarefirst.com, an exclusive Web site dedicated to the health and wellness of CareFirst members.
