February 26 Wellness Webinar -
It's a Plan! Determining the Best Programs and Activities for Your Worksite

February 18, 2009

In 2008, over 550 people attended CareFirst's monthly wellness presentations! We would like to thank all of those who participated; your feedback has helped our Health Promotion Specialists prepare for our 2009 Wellness Webinar series.

At CareFirst, we know that times are tough for companies of all sizes. Everyone is looking for new ways to be more effective and efficient. Starting a worksite wellness program may be low on your priority list. However, it's times like these that companies should be concentrating on wellness programs to improve morale and lower health care costs.

Our February webinar will focus on planning the programs that will be most successful at your worksite. Learn how to:

  • determine the wants and needs of your population,
  • make your wellness activities a part of your strategic plan,
  • target specific populations,
  • deliver activities for individuals and for groups,
  • communicate your programs and their success, and
  • measure effectiveness.

Your dedication to workplace wellness is apparent when you participate in our presentations, and we don't want you to walk away empty handed.

New for 2009 - if you attend 7 presentations, you will earn a CareFirst Healthy Worksite Achievement Award!

Please feel free to send along this invitationPDF to anyone in your organization that may benefit from the February presentation. To register, simply visit www.carefirst.com/webinarregistration. There is no limit to the number of participants per company who may register.
