September 24 Wellness WebEx Presentation - What's for Dinner? Resources for your Nutrition Health Promotion Program

We know that when it comes to health care, you probably have similar goals as ours - to keep costs low and your employees as healthy as possible. In 2008, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield will be conducting monthly presentations on health promotion and wellness.

The September WebEx will provide information and resources to those who are interested in starting a healthy eating and nutrition program.

Attend the September WebEx and learn how to:

• Develop a business case for starting a nutrition program,
• Adapt policies and company culture to create an appropriate environment for this type of worksite wellness program,
• Change behavior using an array of awareness and motivation tools,
• Use incentives to increase participation, and
• Identify external resources for support.
