August 28 Wellness WebEx Presentation - Kick Start Your Wellness Program at a Company Health Fair

We know that when it comes to health care, you probably have similar goals as ours - to keep costs low and your employees as healthy as possible. In 2008, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield will be conducting monthly presentations on health promotion and wellness.

If you are planning for a health fair or considering one in the near future, you shouldn't miss our August WebEx presentation. Having a health fair can be a good way to increase visibility and awareness of wellness activities. If planned and evaluated appropriately, health fairs can have a huge impact on employee awareness and education of your health promotion programs. In the August WebEx presentation, CareFirst Health Promotion Specialist Nancy Lesch will deliver some pointers on how and why to launch a successful health fair.

• Communication ideas,
