• Up to 30% off fees for participating providers

How the program works:

1. Choose a provider from Healthways WholeHealth Networks' (HWHN) directory..
2. Call the provider to verify that they participate in Options.
3. Schedule an appointment.
4. Present your ID card at the provider's office.
   • You must present your ID card with each visit.
   • You may change participating providers at any time.
5. Pay the discounted fees directly to the provider.
