Whatever your company’s size or needs, we have the perfect plan for you.

Blue Selections gives employers the flexibility to offer employees a choice of health plans and a whole lot more.

With Blue Selections, you can offer your employees a choice of up to three regional health plans for small groups (1-50) and up to four plans for large groups (50+).  But that’s not all.  Blue Selections allows you to build a complete employee benefits package that includes dental, vision and pharmacy coverage, a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), a Premium-Only Plan (POP) a health and wellness program and a number of voluntary group benefit options.

Advantages:

  • Flexibility
  • One-stop shopping
  • Freedom of choice
  • Cost control
  • Potential tax savings

Choose up to four health plans from the following menu.

Health Maintainance Organization (HMO):

BlueFund Consumer Directed Health Care (CDH): (What is CDH?)

Basic Preferred Provider Organization (PPO):

Add ancillary products to your employee benefit package.

Vision:

Vision care is one of the least expensive health benefits available and is one of the first benefit options chosen by employees. Each of the Blue Selections health plans has a core vision benefit. Your employees receive discounts on eyeglasses and contact lenses and are encouraged to follow a preventive care routine.

Additionally, each plan also offers BlueVision Plus, an enhanced program for an additional fee that enables employees to receive glasses or contact lenses for a single copayment each benefit period.

Pharmacy:

Employers can choose from several affordable prescription benefit solutions, with varying levels of deductibles and copays.

Prescription plans cover both routine and maintenance drugs and self-administered injectables, while encouraging generic utilization by offering plans with low or no copay options for generic drugs.

Dental:

Depending on the health plan selected, employers may offer their employees a choice of traditional, preferred (PPO) or dental HMO plans (DHMO). All plans are designed to cover a range of dental services including regular exams and cleanings, X-rays and dental surgery. Orthodontia coverage is available with the traditional and PPO plans and is included in the DHMO plan. Product choice may vary by service area.

Enroll in a funding mechanism that allows you and your employees to save tax dollars.

Expand your employee benefits package at no additional cost by adding voluntary group benefits.
