Gov. Kaine Praises CareFirst for Maternal Health Initiative in Northern Virginia
CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield is offering $1 million in grant funding for programs aimed at improving maternal and child health care in Northern Virginia. Proposals must be submitted by September 18, 2009.
